Lucky Lanterns

When I saw this picture from nikdaum.com it was a wow moment, but also a sweet reminder of my wedding day; when our wedding guest lit these lanterns and set them off to make stars in the night sky. It was one of the highlights of my wedding... (absolutely no pun intended!).

My photos aren't as impressive as the picture above, but I'll let you share in my lantern fun anyway!

 And just for the record, it's been 1 year and 12 days since my blissful wedding day! (How fast does time go these days?!)

Ar hum... here I am.. the girl behind the blog which is going to be a hit! (You know.. "be positive" they say, and something will come of it! Well here goes!)

Have you seen these before? They're Lotus flowers. Just gorgeous. The outer petals are folded inwards (just in case you thought they grew like that!)
